Upon release our 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is already
approachable and ready to drink but still maintains the underlying structure to
age gracefully for decades. Sumptuous aromas of oak shavings - faintly redolent
of vanilla bean – compliment layered notes of ripe blackberry, cassis and sweet
black cherry. There’s a fleshy, plum pudding-like quality to the alluring black
fruit flavors that float through a silken shroud of tannin before yielding to oak-influenced
notes of vanilla, dark cocoa and sweet baking spices.
