Our inaugural Pinot Noir release is a rich, medium to full-bodied wine with lavish aromatics and a soft, fleshy mouthfeel. It features plump aromas of black cherry pudding and cola layered between subtle toasted oak and clay-like mineral scents. A graceful mélange of dark fruits - black cherry, plum, black raspberry, and subdued boysenberry - are interwoven with floral notes of lavender and bergamot that stretch into the lengthy finish where they join understated vanilla-caramel flavors that are reminiscent of flakey piecrust.
