Our 2016 Pinot Noir is a medium to full-bodied red that
exhibits subtle cranberry and macerated black currant aromas accented by floral
scents of vanilla and fresh cedar shavings. The soft, fleshy texture delivers
ripe cassis characteristics that play tag with luscious black cherry compote
and vanilla flavors that seem to come together on the mid-palate like a
fresh-baked cherry cobbler. On the finish the silken vanilla flavors evolve
into darker tastes reminiscent of cedar, milk chocolate and Earl Grey tea.
